The diptyque scented oval likes to rest in a linen room or cupboard full of freshly washed sheets. It also loves to hang in the closet, perch in the dressing room or nestle in among the scarves.

Long months of research were required to perfect a wax capable of capturing a fragrance and then diffusing it very slowly in cool temperatures. It is harder than the wax used for the candles, melts only at very high temperatures (90~) and can hold between 25% and 30% fragrance concentrate (compared with between 8% and 12% in the candles). Each scented oval is meticulously hand-poured into a small individual mold. It is cooled slowly to preserve the fragrance and then removed from the mold. A scented oval will continue to waft its delicious scent for a minimum of three months.
