Tap off excess and gently brush into the skin where needed

Natural black goat hairs pick up and hold product while releasing it onto the skin as needed

White synthetic fibers gently buff and even out product

Perfect for application of colour and shimmer on the face and décolletage

Ideal for use with Shimmer Bloc, Illuminating Powder, Mineral Finishing Powder and Loose Shimmer Powder
