Another winner from WEI! I first experienced the WEI line when I tried their Gingko Face Pads. After I discovered that this product worked so well and so quickly, I wanted to try something else from the line. I have a crazy work/home schedule, so getting 8 hours worth of sleep is rare for me. Plus, this time of year, I suffer from seasonal allergies. All of this leaves me from dark circles, and puffiness that drives me crazy!
