Best Highlighting pen in the market. I have used many highlighting pens throughout the years. Cheaper ones as well as more iconic ones. I can one hundred percent report that this is by far the best. It covers and highlights at the same time. However, if you suffer from dark circles or puffiness under the eyes, this is probably not going to be enough to cover them entirely. Worn over a cheap concealer or (preferably) a corrector, this product is a miracle worker. I highly recommend it. April 6, 2013
