Love David Kirsch, but this one..not so much
This didn't really work for me and I am a vegitarian, so my diet is already pretty limited. Tried this for the alotted time, and had fresh wild caught red sockeye salmon salads every day as advised..but I didn't lose a pound. Everyone is different though and you might find the results to be more favorable. Best thing about this though was all the fantastic antioxidants and vitamin-goodies the body loves. Sad I didn't lose anything, but I did feel refreshed and super healthy while on it. Might be better as a kick-start for a healthier lifestyle rather than the be-all end-all to lose a quick pound.

5 days to fabulous
Having had a baby in January, I decided I needed to have a kick start to getting my pre baby(s) body back. This detox had come highly recommended by my beauty journalist friend and I wasn't disappointed. I wasn't hungry as you can eat nice salads at lunch and evening - it actually teaches you a really healthy on going way of eating. Combine with thermo bubbles to avoid any hunger pangs. Highly recommend and think I will do every 6 months.
