good
I haven’t been using it for a long time but definitely do notice a difference, my eyelashes seem thicker and longer somehow but I suddenly have two pimples dangerously close to my eyes. I’m not sure if it’s because of the serum or just general but overall it’s a good product. I don’t understand the applicator tho, it pokes my eye sometimes and it’s really irritating, they should definitely fix it.

Love the product, fix the brush
Gentle product that does not irritate. Can't say it makes a load of difference (i don't want to set unreasonable expectations), but I like it. Will only re-buy if the ordinary fix the brush: make it a spoolie brush so you can actually brush the product through.

It works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I started using this, I feel I’ve noticed a change in my under eye! Less dark circles and less puffiness! I use it when doing my skincare routine! I think it really helps with preventing creasing under the eye when using concealer as well. I would buy it again!

Severe allergic reaction
I usually have no issues with the brands products but this one in particular caused severe allergic reaction where it was applied - a long lasting redness and itchy rash.
